Frustrations With Premier Customer Service

I’ve been trying to sort out an issue with Premier (the customer service arm of a company), but it feels like no one really cares. Every time I call, the wait is super long, and when they finally pick up, the answers are unclear or just don’t address my real problem. They promised to call me back — but I’m still waiting with no follow-up. It’s hard not to feel ignored when you’re paying for a service that’s supposed to help. Has anyone else dealt with terrible response times from Premier’s customer service and actually gotten their issue resolved?

I’ve run into long waits with support lines before, so I get why this feels so discouraging, and somewhere in the middle of that frustration the Premier customer service team can still come through if you keep everything documented, I’ve seen cases where a clear follow up message finally got someone who actually understood the issue and helped sort things out.
