Hi all. Our product team is growing but slowly. Sometimes we get feature requests that require skills we do not have internally (like Go microservices or Web3 integration). Full outsourcing feels too expensive and we lose control. Freelancers are cheap but unreliable – half disappear mid-sprint. Thinking about staff augmentation to add 1-2 specialists temporarily.
