Payment Timing On My Card
While balancing my bills, I noticed my Citi card payment appeared in one section before the available credit changed, and I’m not sure if that is normal timing or something I should ask about. I don’t want to make the question sound like a dispute when it may only be how the account page updates. When I search for citicards phone number, should I describe the payment date and account view, or ask generally how posted payments usually appear?
