I found an easy way to buy 100 instagram followers yesterday while looking for ways to bypass this initial stagnation. It might be a simple method to see if a small boost helps the page look more credible to random visitors. I am not sure if it brings long term results but as a quick experiment for a starting point it looks okay. It is probably better than waiting for months just to get the first few dozen people. Just be careful with any such tools and keep your expectations realistic.
